Welcome to KipTalk! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the KipTalk app, website, and services (the “Service”). By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 16 years old to use KipTalk. In certain jurisdictions, parental consent may be required for users under 18.
Account Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Your Content: You retain ownership of the photos, videos, and messages you post (“User Content”).
Our License: By posting content, you grant KipTalk a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to host, use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly perform or display, and translate your content for the purpose of operating the Service.
Removal: We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
To keep KipTalk a safe space, you agree not to:
Harass or Bully: Engage in any behavior that is defamatory, stalking, or threatening.
Illegal Acts: Use the app for any unlawful purposes or to promote illegal activities.
Spam & Scams: Send unauthorized commercial communications or engage in phishing.
Impersonation: Pretend to be someone else or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
Technical Abuse: Attempt to crawl, scrape, or "reverse engineer" the app’s source code.
Your privacy is a priority. Our Privacy Policy (linked here) explains how we collect, use, and share your information. In compliance with 2026 data sovereignty laws, you have the right to:
Access and export your data.
Request the permanent deletion of your account and associated metadata.
Opt-out of algorithmic content curation.
The KipTalk name, logo, and the "look and feel" of the app are the exclusive property of KipTalk Inc. You may not use our branding without express written permission.
By You: You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk/legal exposure for us, or if our service is no longer commercially viable.
"As Is": The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, KipTalk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $100 USD or the amount you paid us in the last six months.
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be settled through binding arbitration in [Your City/Country], except for small claims court matters. You waive your right to participate in a class-action lawsuit.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you via in-app notification or email. Continued use of KipTalk after changes implies acceptance.
